We are looking for a highly skilledSenior CNC Service Technicianto maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex CNC machinery. You will be responsible for ensuring our production equipment—Milling Centers—operates at peak performance through regular preventative maintenance and rapid response to mechanical or electrical failures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting & Repair:Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Preventative Maintenance:Schedule and perform routine PMs (lubrication, alignment, and sensor checks) to extend equipment life.
  • Installation & Commissioning:Help set up, level, and align new CNC machines and automation equipment.
  • Precision Calibration:Use diagnostic tools like laser interferometers, ballbars, and multimeters to verify machine accuracy.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate logs of all repairs, parts used, and machine downtime.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience:At least 5 yearsof hands-on experience as a CNC Service or Field Service Technician is strictly required.
  • Expertise:Advanced mastery of CNC controls (e.g.,**Fidia or Siemens **) and the ability to understand ladder logic.
  • Field Autonomy:Proven track record of performing complex field repairs, machine leveling, and geometry alignments independently at customer sites.
