Driver Helper / Pilot Vehicle Driver

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, some weekends, 6:00 AM until finish License: Valid Driver's License (No CDL required)

Summary: Supports delivery operations by assisting with loading, unloading, and transporting materials. May drive a company van or pickup (under 10,000 GVW) or serve as a pilot vehicle driver for oversize loads.

Key Duties:

  • Assist with loading and securing materials
  • Help deliver and offload products at customer sites
  • Drive a company van or pickup to deliver orders and obtain proof of delivery
  • Operate a pilot vehicle for oversize loads
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure safety compliance
  • Follow all safety procedures and meet productivity goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of related experience (or equivalent training)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs frequently (up to 200 lbs with assistance)
