We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing St. Louis team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their design career who is eager to learn, build experience and develop within a fast-paced creative environment.

The Role

As a Junior Designer, you'll support the wider Creative Team across a variety of projects, helping to bring ideas to life through presentation design, product visualization, branding, campaign assets and creative concepts.
You'll work closely with Creative Team, Account Managers and Merchandisers, gaining valuable experience across a broad range of clients and industries while developing both your technical and creative skills.
This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, curious and passionate about design, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Creative Team on a variety of client projects.
  • Creating product visuals, mock-ups and presentation materials.
  • Assisting with the development of creative concepts and product ideas.
  • Producing artwork and visual assets for both digital and print applications.
  • Adapting and applying client branding across a wide range of merchandise and marketing materials.
  • Researching trends, products and creative inspiration to support project work.
  • Supporting photography, image editing and content creation where required.
  • Preparing client-ready presentations and pitch materials.
  • Ensuring work is delivered accurately on time and to a high standard.
  • Confident switching between client brand guidelines regularly for different types of jobs.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, color and visual communication.
  • Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
