Your role and responsibilities
As an Associate Oracle Package Specialist at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of Oracle Cloud application solutions to meet business needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value wherever needed.
In your role, you may be responsible for:
* Assisting clients in the selection, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud packaged software solutions.
* Making strategic recommendations andleveragingbusiness knowledge to drive Oracle-based solutions for clients and their management.
* Facilitating or supporting workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
* Developing process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios across ERP, HCM, SCM,EPM or CX.
* Using IBM's Design Thinking and Oracle best practices to solve client challenges.
* Supporting test execution, documentation, and data validation.
* Applying AI responsibly to summarize documentation, generate test cases, or support analysis.
