Summary:: An L2 Level IT Technical Support professional with 2-6 years of experience in technical support, SCCM imaging, Active Directory, and ServiceNow, who is organized, detail-oriented, good with documentation, and capable of coordinating IT asset rollouts and providing Level 2 support. Familiarity with video conferencing setup and project coordination is a plus.

Description of Duties
โ€ข Able to coordinate, communicate, document, track progress and status on initiatives.
โ€ข Familiarization with project management concepts
โ€ข Work in a centralized support capacity providing statewide technical assistance on desktop hardware, laptops, tablets, peripherals, and software, and establishing and implementing supported agenciesโ€™ hardware and software installation standards.
โ€ข Administer network security. Add/change/delete user accounts, passwords, and account lockouts. Perform machine security patch and virus software upgrades.
โ€ข Work with other BIT staff to increase familiarity with their functions and how they support computer use throughout the supported agencies.
โ€ข Coordinates IT asset replacements, upgrades, and enhancements schedules.
โ€ข Develops, documents, and initiates processes that involve IT asset installations, relocations, and changes.
โ€ข Responds to Service Desk tickets requiring Level 2 asset management attention.
โ€ข Processes ServiceNow updates and reconciliations identified through physical inventory reports returned from the field.
โ€ข Provide level 2 troubleshooting and highly technical problem resolution related to PC hardware, software and peripherals. Utilizes ServiceNow to identify, track and resolve issues.
โ€ข Utilizes Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager to run available hardware and software reports.
โ€ข Create documentation for technical staff and end user.
โ€ข Image and configure laptop and desktop hardware.
โ€ข Create objects in SCCM and AD for devices needing to be imaged
โ€ข Post image AD OU verification
โ€ข Verify drivers are correct
โ€ข Test images for accuracy on new hardware
โ€ข Manual bios changes
โ€ข Update documentation changes during imaging process-submit to Systems Management Supervisor for approval
โ€ข Familiar with video conferencing platforms, conference room VC setups, troubleshooting.
