Summary:: An L2 Level IT Technical Support professional with 2-6 years of experience in technical support, SCCM imaging, Active Directory, and ServiceNow, who is organized, detail-oriented, good with documentation, and capable of coordinating IT asset rollouts and providing Level 2 support. Familiarity with video conferencing setup and project coordination is a plus.

Description of Duties
โข Able to coordinate, communicate, document, track progress and status on initiatives.
โข Familiarization with project management concepts
โข Work in a centralized support capacity providing statewide technical assistance on desktop hardware, laptops, tablets, peripherals, and software, and establishing and implementing supported agenciesโ hardware and software installation standards.
โข Administer network security. Add/change/delete user accounts, passwords, and account lockouts. Perform machine security patch and virus software upgrades.
โข Work with other BIT staff to increase familiarity with their functions and how they support computer use throughout the supported agencies.
โข Coordinates IT asset replacements, upgrades, and enhancements schedules.
โข Develops, documents, and initiates processes that involve IT asset installations, relocations, and changes.
โข Responds to Service Desk tickets requiring Level 2 asset management attention.
โข Processes ServiceNow updates and reconciliations identified through physical inventory reports returned from the field.
โข Provide level 2 troubleshooting and highly technical problem resolution related to PC hardware, software and peripherals. Utilizes ServiceNow to identify, track and resolve issues.
โข Utilizes Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager to run available hardware and software reports.
โข Create documentation for technical staff and end user.
โข Image and configure laptop and desktop hardware.
โข Create objects in SCCM and AD for devices needing to be imaged
โข Post image AD OU verification
โข Verify drivers are correct
โข Test images for accuracy on new hardware
โข Manual bios changes
โข Update documentation changes during imaging process-submit to Systems Management Supervisor for approval
โข Familiar with video conferencing platforms, conference room VC setups, troubleshooting.
