 Summary

Ensure accurate planning for the service field technicians, follow up on progress on location for field service Technicians, correct handling of service orders and on time issuing of service orders and parts. Ensure the availability of needed parts, correct doumentation and travel requirements, correct handling of customers, Moba-subs and agent expectations for planning. Correct work preparation for service and installations jobs. Improve customer satisfaction and create win-win for customer and Moba.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Field Service Coordination:

Ensure correct preparation of installations in order to perform a well organized installation crew in terms of travel and lodging arrangements. This involves on time communication with Moba Project Managers, Shipping Department and transportation currier for the arrival of new equipment.

Ensure professional cooperation with and efficient use of Moba Subsidiary, Moba Agent and Freelance network.

Ensure growth in paid services revenue.

Ensure execution of field service safety policies.


Planning: 

Support customers by having sufficient and trained field service technicians available on site for installations, warranty and paid services.

Coordinate travels for field service technicians, hotel, flights, car rental with proper communication and expectations from both customers and technicians. 

Ensure follow-up actions from installation and service reporting are communicated, planned and executed in most efficient way (timing and contents).

Ensure on time issuing of Service orders and parts.

Product updates programs and modifications are planned in most efficient way. 


Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in similar duties and job environment.

Excellent and proven planning, organization and overviewing skills.

Customer service oriented.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not necessary.
