This will be an ONSITE role based out of our offices in Miami, FL. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be a key player on the Creative team, supporting the development and execution of visually compelling and strategically sound creative across multiple channels. You’ll help bring brand stories to life – from pitch to production – across digital, print, event, and experiential platforms.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Creative Design

  • Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, paid media, email marketing, presentations, print collateral, environmental graphics, event branding, and promotional materials.
  • Execute creative concepts developed by the Creative team while ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity.
  • Adapt existing campaign creative into multiple formats and platform-specific deliverables.


Production & Asset Development

  • Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications.
  • Ensure all creative meets technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Organize project files and maintain creative asset libraries following department standards.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, mockups, and creative prototypes.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative Director, Art Director, Project Managers, Marketing teams, and Production partners.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

  • Stay current with design trends, social media creative, typography, branding, motion graphics, and emerging technologies.
  • Explore AI-powered creative tools that improve workflow efficiency and creative output.
  • Bring fresh ideas and cultural awareness into creative discussions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of design experience (internships and freelance work considered), ideally in an agency or other fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other layout/UX tools is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of projects with an emphasis on layout, brand design, and digital/social assets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and accountability.
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual highly desirable (English/Spanish).
