Job description

Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Equipment Operators for a leading global logistics company with multiple locations in the Louisville and Shepherdsville, KY area. This role is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment to support daily operations, including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and material handling. Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $19 – $21 per hour
  • Status: Temp-to-hire
  • Shifts: Full-time (days, evenings, nights, and weekends available)
  • Shifts Vary by location
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely load and unload products and materials

  • Operate warehouse equipment including:- Reach truck

    • Cherry picker (order picker)
    • Stand-up forklift
    • Electric pallet jack
  • Accurately locate, pick, and transport inventory within the warehouse

  • Perform inventory tasks including scanning and data entry

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience operating one or more of the following:- Reach truck

    • Cherry picker
    • Stand-up forklift
    • Electric pallet jack
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
