About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to build and amplify a forward-thinking brand. You'll define storytelling approaches, elevate digital presence, and create strategies that resonate with two key audiences: elite technical talent and institutional clients.
In this role, you'll work closely with the VP of Marketing, internal research and recruiting teams, and external PR partners. You'll craft compelling content, develop visual narratives, and oversee brand strategy while driving operational excellence in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Strategy
  • Develop and manage a unified brand narrative across digital, print, and live event platforms.
  • Lead creative storytelling initiatives showcasing the firm's culture, technical excellence, and innovation.
  • Expand brand reach through digital campaigns, conferences, and recruitment initiatives.

Talent Marketing & Content
  • Create content aimed at both campus recruiting and experienced hires, translating complex technical work into accessible, engaging narratives.
  • Partner with internal experts to highlight people stories, research breakthroughs, and cultural insights.
  • Manage an editorial calendar spanning blogs, video, social media, and digital channels.

Communications & Reputation
  • Collaborate with PR teams on media strategies, speaking engagements, and corporate positioning.
  • Maintain alignment between internal culture and external messaging.
  • Ensure thoughtful stewardship of sensitive communications.

Digital & Operational Growth
  • Manage digital platforms including the company website and social channels.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies.
  • Build and oversee foundational marketing processes and vendor partnerships.
  • Execute campaigns from strategy through delivery.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or communications (3+ years in financial services preferred).
  • Experience managing digital channels, content creation, and analytics.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; experience with visual storytelling is a plus.
  • Proven ability to translate technical or research-driven work into engaging stories.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive in high-performance cultures.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience managing vendors, freelancers, or creative production partners.
