JobScope-Content&ProductMarketingLead

Todateover1trillionminutes of video were encoded using NETINT Video Processing Units (VPUs). From cloud gaming and real-time interactive video to the massive live-streaming platforms, we are the engine under the hood of the modern video platform. And honestly? We're just getting started.

Wearelookingforararebreedofprofessional:aTechnicalContentProducerwithaProduct Marketing soul. This isn't a "fluffy" marketing role where you'll just be checking commas and managing freelancers. We need a storyteller who can go toe-to-toe with our engineers, understand the nuances of ASICs and video encoding, and then flip that knowledge into a high-converting narrative that makes a CTO say, "They get it. We need this".We operate flexibly, with Vancouver, BC serving as our main hub for occasional face-to-face team alignment.

WhatYou'llDo(andhowwe'llbuildthisaroundyou)

We believe in playing to people's strengths. While the core of this role is producing world-class content, we want you to have a hand in the "Why" and "How" of our content strategy. Which means you'll do the following things:

  • MastertheMessage: You will take ownership of our technical value propositions. You aren't just writing about features; you're defining our position in the market.
  • BridgetheTechnicalGap: You'll translate complex engineering specs into clear, compelling content. You will become (or already are) an expert in video encoding, transcoding, and streaming architectures.
  • DriveProductStrategy: You'll work closely with the management team to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring our messaging aligns with the actual pain points of our customers.
  • BetheCreativeEngine: From video scripts and deep-dive white papers to sales decks and social snippets, you'll be the primary architect of our external voice.
  • CompetitiveIntelligence:You'llhelpuskeepaneyeonthehorizon,understandingthecompetitivelandscapetoensureourcontenthighlightsouruniquetechnicaladvantages.

AboutYou

  • You'rea"TechnicalCreative": You love the challenge of making a complex hardware-software integration sound like the most exciting thing on the planet.
  • NoFluffAllowed:Youpreferdataoverbuzzwords.Youwriteforclarity,impact,andaction.
  • CuriosityisYourSuperpower: If you don't know how a specific codec works today, you'll be an expert on it by next Tuesday.
  • Flexible&Scrappy: You thrive in "ambiguity." You're comfortable wearing different hats and helping a lean, fast-moving team win.
  • AFinisher: You don't just have great ideas; you execute them. You enjoy the "doing" as much as the "thinking."
  • YouareAIFirst: You don't believe that "AI is killing the craft of writing," instead you embrace the superpower that is AI when an expert wordsmith leverages the power of an LLM.

YourToolkit

  • ExpertWriting&Messaging: The ability to craft narratives that pull readers in and drive them to take action.
  • VideoEcosystemKnowledge: Deep familiarity (or a very fast learning curve) with video streaming, encoding (H.264, HEVC, AV1), and cloud infrastructure.
  • ProductMarketingInstincts: Experience in B2B positioning, sales enablement, and understanding "Idea l Customer Profiles" (ICPs).
  • ProjectManagement: Experience tracking content lifecycles from ideation to ROI analysis (Hubspot experience is a huge plus!).
  • Collaboration: A natural ability to work with everyone from R&D engineers to C-suite executives.

WhyNETINT?

We know you have options. At NETINT, you won't be buried in layers of corporate bureaucracy. You will have a direct, visible impact on how the world consumes video. We offer a competitive salary and a team that is as passionate about innovation as you are.

Thisroleiswhatyoumakeofit. If you are a high-level communicator with 6-8 years of B2B tech experience who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty in the technology-and you're most alive when moving markets with your words-we want to talk to you.

Wethankyouforyourinterest,however,onlycandidatesselectedforaninterviewwillbecontacted.
