Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Marketing Automation Development Specialist to join our CVM team.

We are searching for a professional whose primary focus initially will be the smooth delivery and execution of daily tasks (creating push/email notifications and automation workflows based on ready‑made assets). At the same time, this candidate should demonstrate initiative, be capable of suggesting technical improvements, and be eager to grow toward more advanced projects.

Workflows and Automation: Independently creating and managing marketing automation workflows of moderate complexity (with team support for highly complex processes).

Templates and Code (HTML/CSS/React): Working on HTML/CSS components (expanding existing ones and creating new ones) and maintaining the main email template in line with brand standards. Providing basic technical support for React components within templates.

Data Handling (SQL): Utilizing basic SQL knowledge to prepare simple target groups (segmentation) and generate basic campaign reports.

Analytics and Optimization: Analyzing campaign results, drawing actionable conclusions, and proposing simpler, more reliable technical solutions for new initiatives.

Support and Collaboration (SPOC): Supporting the CVM team and other departments with technical and business matters related to the main template and tools.

Onboarding and Mentoring: Onboarding new junior team members, sharing knowledge, and helping them resolve technical issues.

Feedback Culture: Constructively challenging ideas based on knowledge and experience, and—once decisions are made—fully committing to their efficient execution.

This is the right job for you if:

Education:

Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in fields such as: Computer Science, E-business, Quantitative Methods in Economics, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, E-commerce Management, or related disciplines.

Industry Knowledge:

Practical knowledge of or experience working with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesmanago, Emarsys, GetResponse, or similar market/in‑house platforms).

Technical and Hard Skills:

Proficiency in HTML & CSS for building and editing email messages.

Basic SQL skills (for data selection and creating basic reports).

Basic programming logic (understanding universal concepts such as loops, conditions, and JSON structure—the specific language is secondary).

Basic knowledge of React components in the context of email templates will be a plus.

Soft Skills and Mindset:

Attention to detail: High thoroughness and meticulousness when verifying assets and setting up campaign sends.

Independence and task-orientation: Focus on the efficient and reliable execution of assigned operational tasks ("effective executor").

Growth mindset: Openness to stepping beyond standard responsibilities, proposing improvements, and growing within the team structure.

Excellent communication skills and a problem‑solving attitude.

What we offer:
  • Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 09:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
  • Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
  • A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
  • Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy.

And that's just the beginning! You can read more about the benefits here.
