Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize performance of an interactive analytic tool suite written in C++/QT
  • Maintain the functionality of the existing baseline
  • Develop new tools and features based on user input and program needs
  • Collaborate across teams to affect high-quality integration of the tool suite with program databases and external tools
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training documentation
  • Conduct in-person and remote training with operational users
  • Conduct demonstrations of new features and capabilities to operational users
  • Work closely with program developers and analysts to understand analytic workflows and implement improvements
  • Ensure the frequent, incremental delivery of a highly stable and functional tool
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS to apply
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with Desktop Application Languages (e.g., Qt, GTK, WPF, Java/Swing)
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (C++ preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with UI design (Qt preferred)
  • Familiarity with Linux environments (e.g., RedHat, CentOS)
  • Skilled in version control systems (GIT preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • TS/SCI with a poly
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Background in signal processing systems
  • Exposure to cloud technologies:
    • AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
    • Logging tools (Loki) and metrics platforms (Grafana)
