Role: Java Backend Lead Developer
Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite)
Mandatory Skill: Spring Batch, Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka.
  • Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
  • Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.
  • Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects
  • Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
  • Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
  • MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience - experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
  • Good Communication.
