• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and triage incoming cybersecurity-related customer inquiries and track them through resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding cybersecurity matters.
• Collaborate with internal security engineers to gather technical information and communicate solutions clearly to clients.
• Understand customer business requirements and align cybersecurity solutions to their needs.
• Lead and support customer meetings, status updates, and incident communications in both Japanese and English.
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices, security tools, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.
• Investigate security incidents, document findings, and support remediation efforts.
• Maintain security compliance aligned with company and industry standards.
• Prepare security reports, incident documentation, and management summaries.
• Support deployment and operational support of security tools for Japan-based affiliates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
• Assist team members with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to explain technical cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT-related role.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or vendors.
• Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into business-friendly language.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Project Lead.
• Foundational cybersecurity knowledge, including security operations, networking, or IT support.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or equivalent.
• Experience working in both U.S. and Japanese business environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools, incident response processes, and compliance frameworks.
