Residential Coordinator / Marketing Assistant

$40,000–$55,000 | Baton Rouge, LA

Are you energetic, organized, and naturally good with people? Do you have an eye for design, strong communication skills, and an interest in interiors, flooring, or creating great spaces? This role brings customer service, project coordination, showroom support, and marketing together in a fast-paced, people-focused position.

The Role

As our Residential Coordinator / Marketing Assistant, you will serve as a key liaison between our residential sales team and customers, helping ensure each project moves smoothly from the first inquiry through installation and follow-up. You will also support the showroom, learn our products, assist with marketing, and help create an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for residential customers
  • Coordinate appointments, measurements, installations, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Keep customers informed and help projects stay organized from selection through completion
  • Support the sales team with quotes, selections, paperwork, product information, and scheduling
  • Welcome showroom customers and assist with samples and product selections
  • Learn flooring, tile, countertops, and other home finish products
  • Maintain showroom samples, displays, literature, and overall presentation
  • Support social media, photography, content creation, events, promotions, and vendor activities
  • Jump in where needed to support the showroom and residential team
