Building Location:Building A - Duluth Clinic - 1st StreetDepartment:2901930 INTEGRATIVE HEALTH - EH DCJob Description:Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills, works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise.Education Qualifications:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with practice experience in Integrative and Functional Medicine, essentially practicing a root-cause-based approach within our Integrative Health Department. We are looking for a fully engaged team member to help grow our thriving practice.

Necessary Experience

  • Minimum of one year of dedicated integrative practice experience
  • Minimum of two years of primary care chronic disease management experience
  • Certified by Institute for Functional Medicine or successful completion of two-year Integrative Medicine fellowship
  • Or experience deemed adequate by Integrative Medicine Section Chair

Anticipated Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid practice that consists of in person and virtual visits
    • In person: Duluth 1st St. Clinic
  • No call coverage or weekends
  • 1.0 FTE; negotiable
  • Estimated 8 -11 patients per day
  • Provide consults and follow-up visits
  • Attend to In Basket for patient messages, lab reports and Rx requests

Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
