Job description

Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

This opportunity is with a well-established integrative medicine practice in the Orange County region focused on delivering personalized, whole-person healthcare. The organization combines functional medicine principles with modern diagnostics and preventive care, helping patients address the root causes of chronic conditions rather than simply treating symptoms.

Providers work in a collaborative and supportive environment that emphasizes longer patient visits, lifestyle-based treatment plans, and comprehensive wellness strategies, including nutrition, supplementation, and behavioral health support.

The organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience or strong interest in functional and integrative medicine to join its growing clinical team in the Tustin area.

This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, and addressing underlying causes of disease. Providers will work alongside a collaborative clinical team and have opportunities to expand their knowledge in integrative and lifestyle-based care.

Both experienced providers and those passionate about integrative medicine are encouraged to apply.

Essential responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations focusing on root-cause medicine, developing individualized treatment plans using integrative and functional medicine approaches, addressing chronic conditions through lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive strategies, educating patients on long-term wellness and healthy lifestyle practices, collaborating with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care, maintaining accurate and timely EMR documentation, and participating in clinical discussions and ongoing professional learning.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, active and unrestricted California NP or PA license; active DEA registration preferred, and background in family medicine, internal medicine, wellness medicine, or functional/integrative care preferred.

Compensation and work environment include competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications, health, dental, and vision insurance benefits, health savings account options, supportive, team-oriented clinical environment, and opportunities for continued learning and professional development.
