Job Title: Insurance Lead (P&C) - AVP/SAVP, Insurance Analytics & AI
Location: United States (Remote)

### Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) or Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP) to lead and drive our Insurance Analytics & AI initiatives for Property and Casualty (P&C) clients. This leadership role is pivotal in delivering client management, data-driven solutions, and strategic insights to ensure our clients receive cutting-edge analytics and AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
As the Insurance Lead, you will manage relationships with key insurance clients, oversee project delivery, ensure the effective use of data, and lead a high-performing team. This is a strategic position, ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in data analytics, AI applications, and client management within the P&C insurance industry.
### Role & Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key P&C insurance clients. Build trusted partnerships, understand client business needs, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction with analytics and AI-driven solutions.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and support strategic initiatives and roadmap development for analytics, AI, and digital transformation projects. Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Data & Analytics Strategy: Oversee the application of advanced data analytics and AI solutions to address complex insurance challenges. Guide teams to develop data-driven insights that inform client decision-making.
- Project Delivery & Execution: Ensure successful and timely delivery of analytics projects, including P&C insurance data models, AI algorithms, dashboards, and reporting tools-all aligned with client goals and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, managing communication, expectations, and project updates.
- Client Growth & Business Development: Partner with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals and RFP responses, and support business expansion with existing clients.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of emerging trends in P&C insurance, data analytics, and AI, driving innovation and best practices within the organization.
- Domain Expertise: Leverage your expertise in P&C insurance to recognize client pain points, emerging trends, and analytics solutions that deliver operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize and guide teams in advanced analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Power BI, SAS, and Generative AI. Ensure best practices in data processing, modeling, and visualization.
- Solution Design & Innovation: Develop and implement innovative analytics solutions to enhance underwriting, claims, and pricing strategies. Collaborate across functions to integrate analytics into business processes.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Design and deliver performance dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
### Candidate Profile
#### Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
#### Experience
- 15-30 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on insurance analytics.
- Deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is required.
#### Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SAS.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and advanced analytics tools.
- Strong data modeling, visualization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exposure to additional analytics tools and languages (Python, R) is a plus.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI algorithms relevant to the insurance industry.
#### Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performance teams.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver innovative client solutions.
- Experience in consulting or with a professional services firm is an advantage.
