• Exceptional communication skills; the ability to break down complex tax strategies into clear, actionable advice for busy professionals.
• Secure, dedicated home office infrastructure to handle sensitive financial data remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Tax Strategy & Planning: Work closely with referred clients to design, implement, and maintain forward-thinking tax strategies that legally minimize their tax liabilities and maximize wealth retention.
• Specialized Consultation: Conduct deep-dive strategy sessions with high-earning individuals and medical/dental practice owners to analyze entity structuring, retirement plan optimization, and specialized deductions.
• Annual Tax Compliance: Oversee and execute the accurate preparation and filing of complex federal and state tax returns for individuals (1040) and business entities (S-Corps, LLCs, Partnerships).
• Proactive Advisory: Stay ahead of shifting tax legislation and proactively communicate how changes will impact our referred clients' financial landscapes.
