Job Purpose
The Infor LN Logistics Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting Infor LN logistics and supply chain processes. This role partners with business stakeholders to analyze current-state processes, perform gap analysis, translate requirements into LN configurations/functional specs, support testing and training, and provide post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.

Key Job Elements
- Proven hands-on experience as a functional analyst in Infor LN Logistics / SCM delivering implementations and production support
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, warehousing, order fulfillment)
- Configure and optimize LN logistics processes across core functional areas such as Inventory, Procurement/Purchasing, Warehousing, Planning, and Order Management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain business processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash logistics flows, inventory/warehouse execution.
- Have Knowledge with Shop floor and Engineering modules i.e. Production planning, Order processing, BOM and routing management etc.
- Hands on experience on external EDI, inbound, outbound process.
- Strong communication skills; ability to work with business users and technical teams in parallel
- Support user enablement: deliver workshops and training; ensure knowledge transfer and documentation are in place.
- Provide day to day functional support for LN logistics processes by owning incidents/requests, triaging issues, coordinating resolution, and communicating status to stakeholders.
- Manage enhancements requests: scope, document requirements, validate impacts, support implementation, and ensure stable deployment into production.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Completed test evidence (CRP/UAT), training materials, and successful go-live support.
Education / Training
- Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or related field
Qualifications and Experience
- 8+ Years of experience working with ERP LN with deep knowledge of logistics modules
- Strong understanding of ERP in the manufacturing domain
- At least one end-to-end implementation project experience including technical support, testing and post go-live support.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, part of a cross-functional global team
- Have experience with ITSM process – Incident management, change management
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP customization tools
- Good to have experience with Teamcenter (PLM), barcode applications, Vendor portal etc.
- Have ERP related project management experience
- Certified ERP Functional analyst
