Job Description

Creation of reqs in our Taleo applicant tracking system 
Handles new hire paperwork and onboarding processes 
Processes termination paperwork 
Assists with new-employee orientations. 
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks. 
Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process. 
Preforms HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance. 
Coordinates and performs all administrative duties relating to Workday Pre employment paperwork (drug testing, background checks) etc 
Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures. 
Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions. 
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action. 
Completes all filing requirements needed for good record keeping. 
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. 
Assists with benefit administration and reconciles benefit statements. 
Advise on provisions to minimize safety risks 
Assists accident investigation procedures as needed 
Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions 
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR. 
Assists the manager with HR Projects. 

Qualifications

 4+ years of stable HR Coordinator's experience who are comfortable staying in an HR Coordinator role for a while. 

This would be a temp to hire opportunity.
