  • Experience customizing Power Pages using Liquid, Web Templates, forms, lists, site settings, permissions, and related platform capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of user experience and interaction design, with the ability to translate designs into intuitive, production-ready experiences.

  • Experience integrating digital solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, or Microsoft services.

  • Ability to independently take requirements or backlog items and deliver high-quality working functionality.

  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with attention to usability, accessibility, performance, and technical quality.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience delivering high-visibility public-facing government websites, portals, or digital services.

  • Experience with Power Pages authentication, security architecture, external user scenarios, and Dataverse permissions.

  • Understanding of Section 508, WCAG, responsive design, and accessible digital experience requirements.
