Job description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented CAD Artist / Graphic Designer to support the design and development of accessories. This freelance, onsite role is based in New York City and offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading teams in the industry.
  • Hourly pay rate based on experience is up to $50.00
Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed CADs for accessories, including colorways, materials, and construction details
  • Develop and present multiple design options (color, material, and graphic variations)
  • Collaborate closely with design, product development, and merchandising teams
  • Translate hand sketches or concepts into polished digital artwork
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all CADs and technical files
  • Stay up to date on trends in accessories, materials, and color
  • Prepare presentation boards and visual assets for internal reviews
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CAD artist or accessories designer
  • Strong proficiency with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and/or Procreate etc)
  • Excellent eye for color, material, and trend
  • Skilled in translating concepts into high-quality CAD renderings
