We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator<\/b> who is a proactive problem solver, self\-starter, and seasoned technical leader. In this role, you'll lead key infrastructure initiatives, drive smart automation, and help scale IT systems that support a fast\-growing organization. You will have a high\-impact role in shaping core platforms and processes that serve over 1,000 users<\/b> in a hybrid, cloud\-forward environment.

  • Lead and evolve hybrid infrastructure with a focus on Google Workspace<\/span><\/b>, Microsoft Azure AD<\/span><\/b><\/b>, and enterprise SaaS platforms<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

  • Administer Google Workspace<\/span><\/b>, with expertise in email routing<\/span><\/b>, DNS configuration<\/span><\/b>, SPF\/DKIM\/DMARC<\/span><\/b>, <\/b>and Google Directory Services<\/span><\/b><\/b> (user lifecycle, groups, org units).<\/span>

  • Own identity and access management using Azure AD (Entra ID)<\/span><\/b>, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and cross\-platform integrations.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Drive automation<\/span><\/b> using tools like PowerShell<\/span><\/b>, Python<\/span><\/b><\/b>, or equivalent scripting frameworks.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Oversee and support network infrastructure<\/span><\/b>, including vendor\-managed systems and services (e.g., configurations, segmentation, monitoring).<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and integrations for tools like Slack<\/span><\/b>, Zoom<\/span><\/b><\/b>, and other collaboration platforms.<\/span>

  • Participate in data and systems migrations<\/span><\/b>, including onboarding of new technologies, user transitions, and application integrations.<\/span>

  • Collaborate with security, engineering, and compliance teams<\/span><\/b> to uphold standards such as SOC 2<\/span><\/b>, ISO 27001<\/span><\/b>, <\/b>and NIST<\/span><\/b><\/b>.<\/span>

  • Lead cross\-functional IT initiatives, including architectural planning, system optimization, and technical project delivery.<\/span>

  • Maintain clear, accessible documentation for systems, workflows, automation scripts, and support processes.<\/span>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span>7+ years of IT systems administration experience, including a leadership or ownership role in prior environments.<\/span>

    • Experience supporting 1,000+ users<\/span><\/b> in medium to large\-scale environments with cross\-functional stakeholder engagement.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong experience with Google Workspace administration<\/span><\/b>, including email architecture, DNS configuration, SPF\/DKIM\/DMARC, and directory services.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Expertise in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)<\/span><\/b> and access governance.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell<\/span><\/b>, Python<\/span><\/b><\/b>, or equivalent tools.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune<\/span><\/b> and Jamf Pro<\/span><\/b>, including Autopilot deployment (hands\-on knowledge, not specialization).<\/span>
