  • Serve as the GSOC Supervisor and direct contract personnel to support coverage, continuity, and time-sensitive decisions.

  • Help build team readiness through operator training, scenario exercises, knowledge checks, drills, and coaching.

  • Monitor GSOC system health, address issues within approved authority, and escalate concerns to technology teams, facilities partners, or vendors.

  • Support after-action reviews, corrective actions, audits, technology upgrades, process redesign, and program improvements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience providing operational leadership, incident coordination, training, or senior-level support in a control center or similarly complex setting.

  • Advanced knowledge of incident management, critical-event communication, escalation protocols, and physical security technologies.

  • Demonstrated skill in threat intelligence, geopolitical risk assessment, crisis management, and approved open-source research.

  • Experience using dashboards, analytics, service measures, and reports to improve operational performance.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing needs during fast-changing events.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, incident management platforms, and common GSOC technologies.

  • Ability to work assigned nights, weekends, and holidays; support a 24/7 operation; join an on-call rotation; and assist with emergency response exercises and urgent needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in criminal justice, emergency management, security management, intelligence studies, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting travel risk, employee safety, facility security, business continuity, technology implementation, system upgrades, or process improvement.
