Job description

Champion Your Future with Tarkett Sports! Build your career with a world leader in sports construction and surfacing.
We're looking for a hands-on SAP Integration Manager, to serve as the internal SAP integration authority for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This hands-on architect/developer will define and govern the enterprise integration strategy, establish standards and best practices, build complex integrations, and provide technical oversight of the System Integrator (SI). The role will partner across business and technology teams to deliver a scalable, supportable, API-first integration landscape while building long-term internal integration capability.
The position is remote to the United States, preference in Georgia, Atlanta and requires heavy travel in Canada and United States.
Born from an entrepreneurial spirit and driven to find better solutions, Tarkett Sports challenges the status quo and continues to change the game for athletes and facility owners-pioneering innovations that have reshaped entire industries. From architectural design and full-scope construction to a comprehensive portfolio of industry-leading sports surfacing solutions, we lead with passion, pride, and purpose.
Trusted at every level, from professional stadiums to local community venues, Tarkett Sports is at the surface of over 80,000 installations - highlighted by projects in NFL, CFL, MLS, and at renowned NCAA division I programs.
Join the team behind renowned names like FieldTurf, Beynon Sports, ClassicCourt, GrassMaster, Tarkett Sports Indoor and Tarkett Sports Construction. Help us build the next world-class venue.
What you'll do:
  • Own the end-to-end SAP integration architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Design and enforce reusable integration patterns, templates, naming conventions, security standards, error handling, monitoring, and transport strategies.
  • Evaluate and leverage SAP Business Accelerator Hub content before approving custom integration development.
  • Champion clean-core and API-first principles using SAP-approved OData and SOAP APIs.
  • Review, challenge, and approve SI integration designs, iFlows, and technical decisions to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
  • Configure and manage SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Cloud Connector, BTP subaccounts, Destination Service, and Credential Store.
  • Develop and maintain complex integrations, reusable iFlows, and Groovy-based transformation logic.
  • Integrate SAP with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, Procore, Vertex, and internal applications.
  • Manage authentication and security including OAuth2, API keys, certificates, and connectivity across integrated systems.
  • Lead integration testing, cutover, hypercare, issue resolution, monitoring, and production support readiness.
  • Maintain integration documentation, inventories, design artifacts, operational procedures, and support models.

What you need for success:
Required:
  • 7+ years of SAP integration experience, including at least one SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementation (greenfield preferred).
  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP Integration Suite (CPI) development experience building production iFlows.
  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integration principles and API-only architecture.
  • Strong experience with SAP Business Accelerator Hub and leveraging standard content before custom development.
  • Hands-on expertise with OData V2/V4, REST, SOAP, and IDoc integrations.
  • Advanced Groovy scripting experience for CPI transformations and routing logic.
  • Experience configuring SAP Cloud Connector, BTP subaccounts, Destination Service, and Credential Store.
  • Strong knowledge of OAuth2, API security, certificates, and enterprise integration best practices.
  • Proven ability to establish integration standards, governance processes, and operational support frameworks.
  • Experience reviewing vendor/System Integrator designs, enforcing quality gates, and challenging technical decisions when needed.

Preferred:
  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW with SAP) implementation experience.
  • Experience with SAP API Management, Event Mesh, or Advanced Event Mesh.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for CPI deployments.
  • Hands-on integration experience with Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, Procore, and/or Vertex.
  • Experience supporting Boomi migration or coexistence strategies.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and BTP side-by-side extension development.
  • Background in manufacturing, construction, or project-based industries

What you can expect:
  • A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Leadership that invests in your growth and career development
  • Opportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillset
  • Recognition and rewards for your contributions and achievements
