As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will be responsible for leading commerce technology engagements from discovery through implementation while helping clients modernize platforms and improve digital experiences.

  • Lead the technical architecture for commerce engagements, including system design, integration patterns, and technology selection.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to gather technical requirements, assess current-state processes and platforms, and translate findings into solution architecture and delivery plans.
  • Guide and mentor full stack developers through code reviews, engineering standards, and implementation best practices across front-end and back-end development.

  • 5+ years of experience implementing solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL database solutions and building Representational State Transfer (REST) or GraphQL application programming interfaces (APIs).
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Experience owning technology roadmaps and making build-versus-buy or platform selection recommendations for enterprise commerce solutions.
