This is a Technical Designer to support a fast-paced and highly creative design pipeline. The Technical Designer will provide critical support from sketch through sample development, ensuring design intent and fit standards are maintained while acting as a liaison with overseas vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Organize fit samples by season, lead in fittings, document/post fit updates to the China team Maintain fitting logs, track sample status, and follow up on proto/sample deadlines Create/correct CADs, flats, line sheets in Illustrator; build/update tech packs and specs Partner with Design, Production, and overseas factories to troubleshoot construction and resolve sample issues Build and maintain tracking docs, fitting logs, and seasonal updates in Excel; ensure timely, accurate communication across teams Key Qualifications 5 years+ of experience in fashion/technical design or product development Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (quick, accurate CADs) and strong Excel skills for tracking Knowledge of garment construction, grading/measurements, and fit processes; experience supporting or leading fittings a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passion for Selkie's whimsical, imaginative aesthetic
