Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and your clinical data expertise will directly influence how AI understands, interprets, and communicates healthcare information. This is a unique opportunity to apply your EHR and health systems knowledge to cutting‐edge AI projects, on a flexible schedule that works for you.

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, clinical workflows, and EHR-related outputs for accuracy, completeness, and real‐world applicability Review and assess AI responses to healthcare data scenarios, flagging errors, inconsistencies, or clinically unsafe recommendations Provide structured expert feedback on data quality, health information system logic, and clinical decision‐support outputs Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, health data pipelines, and reporting tools to benchmark AI performance Work independently and asynchronously on task‐based assignments at your own pace Who You Are Hands‐on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech), or clinical reporting platforms Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and quality assessment Able to evaluate complex health information scenarios with clinical and operational context Clear written communication skills — you can articulate findings precisely and systematically Detail‐oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards Experience collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational teams Why Join Us Work on cutting‐edge AI projects with world‐leading research labs Fully remote and flexible — design your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Gain direct exposure to advanced LLMs and how they're trained on specialized domains Make a meaningful contribution to how AI performs in high‐stakes healthcare environments Potential for ongoing work and contract extension #J-18808-Ljbffr
