This role will help drive timely, relevant content coverage spanning retail strategy, customer experience, ecommerce, store operations, marketing, loyalty, merchandising, and retail technology.
The Digital Editor will have a proven ability to attract, engage, and grow professional audiences through digital platforms, owned channels, social media, newsletters, podcasts, special reports, and other editorial products. Working closely with the Editor-in-Chief, you'll execute media strategy, maintain brand voice consistency, and deliver content that informs, engages, and converts. You'll leverage AI tools as a natural part of your workflow - using them to accelerate content production, streamline research, repurpose assets across formats, and increase overall content output without sacrificing quality or voice.
Open to applicants who can work in the New York City, NY office at least 4 days a week.

  • Curate and package content for varied newsletter formats and audience segments
  • Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on open rates, clicks, and engagement data

  • Pitch story ideas and content concepts aligned with audience interests and business goals
  • Collaborate with the events team to create promotional and recap content
