Software Development / Software Test Engineer (SDE/STE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Development / Software Test Engineer (SDE/STE) with strong software engineering and test automation experience to develop robust system software, build automated testing frameworks, and improve engineering workflows. This role will work closely with software and hardware teams to support embedded systems and camera-based technologies on Linux platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain system software for embedded, Linux-based platforms.
  • Build robust and scalable software pipelines supporting development, integration, and testing.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to improve software quality and test coverage.
  • Develop software tools and automation to improve engineering workflows, debugging, and validation processes.
  • Write production-quality code in Python and C/C++.
  • Support software integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and validation across embedded systems.
  • Utilize Docker for development, deployment, testing, and containerized software workflows.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and test engineers to identify issues and drive solutions through the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in software development and test processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong software engineering experience in system software development, including building software pipelines, automated test frameworks, and engineering tools/workflows.
