  • Curriculum Writing
  • Teach and coach staff on content pedagogy and practical rehearsal of lessons.
  • Participate in PLC meetings and scaffold teacher teams to cyclically answer the 4 major PLC questions throughout their units.  
  • Provide coaching cycles and teaching demonstrations to support the growth of teacher techniques and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement professional development.
