Position Summary
Related Ross is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager & Content Production Lead to own our corporate digital presence and website experience. This individual will lead content strategy, oversee digital content production, drive SEO initiatives, and optimize this masterbrand website as a powerful brand and lead generation platform.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams, designers, developers, and external creative partners, this role will establish editorial vision, guide content development, and use analytics to continually improve engagement, search performance, and conversion. This is a role ideal for someone who enjoys combining storytelling and marketing best practices with data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
  • Lead the content strategy and editorial direction for the corporate website and digital channels.
  • Develop content calendars, messaging frameworks, and storytelling opportunities aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams to source content while overseeing production with designers, writers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Review and edit digital content to ensure consistency in voice, quality, and brand standards.

Website, SEO & Lead Generation
  • Own the corporate website as Related Ross's primary digital marketing and lead generation platform.
  • Optimize website content, navigation, and user experience to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Lead SEO strategy, including content optimization, keyword planning, and collaboration on technical SEO improvements.
  • Partner with developers and digital agencies to continuously enhance website functionality and performance.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior through analytics and reporting tools.
  • Track KPIs such as website traffic, time on site, pages per session, engagement, organic search performance, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Analyze content and website performance to identify trends and recommend improvements that drive measurable business results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Develop creative briefs and manage digital content production from concept through launch.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
  • Create opportunities for digital cross-selling between the company's many verticals including luxury residential, office, retail, sponsorship and the foundation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, website management, or content production.
  • Experience managing a large-scale, dynamic, B-to-B website with a focus on SEO, user experience, brand storytelling and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CMS platforms, and website reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and digital performance metrics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Industry experience with real estate, financial services, technology, hospitality and/or luxury goods, a plus.
