Job description

Maximum Tank Transport, LLC in Amarillo, TX is hiring a full-time Diesel/Trailer Mechanic helper.  The helper will assist the lead mechanic in the repair and diagnosis of various components on class 8 trucks and trailers.
Expectations include assisting the lead mechanic in repairs such as:
  • Clutches.
  • Wheel seals.
  • Tires.
  • PTO's.
  • Air brake systems.
  • Suspension.
  • Electrical Systems.
  • Heating/AC.
  • Preventative Maintenance.
  • Various property/shop maintenance such as cleaning, organizing, and yard work.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of various shop tools.
  • Valid driver's license required, current Class A CDL with Air Brakes a plus.
  • Must be very dependable, full-time attendance is essential.
