TheProduct & Partner Marketing Specialistsupports product launches and partner marketing initiatives across NEXAs portfolio of brands, including NEXA, Sonim, Rhino Mobility, and Mambo EMM. This role manages launch execution from planning through commercialization, including timelines, sales enablement materials, messaging support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful market adoption.

The role also drives partner marketing programs with technology, carrier, channel, and ecosystem partners, executing co-marketing campaigns, webinars, case studies, events, and demand-generation activities. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, results-oriented marketer with strong project management and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and use performance metrics to measure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution
    • Manage carrier and open-market product launches from planning through commercialization.
    • Maintain launch timelines, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure launch readiness across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations.
    • Support product positioning, messaging, and sales readiness through launch kits, product overviews, training materials, presentations, FAQs, and competitive insights.
    • Oversee product marketing assets, including imagery, packaging, artwork, labels, user documentation, and launch collateral.
    • Support carrier-specific launch requirements and co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Partner Marketing
    • Help develop and manage NEXA's partner marketing program, including planning, tracking, and reporting on partner activities.
    • Collaborate with technology, carrier, channel, and ecosystem partners to execute co-marketing initiatives such as campaigns, webinars, case studies, events, customer success stories, social media programs, and press announcements.
    • Maintain strong partner relationships, coordinate deliverables, and ensure activities progress according to established plans.
  • Reporting & Performance Measurement
    • Track product launch and partner marketing performance using KPIs and engagement metrics.
    • Maintain activity dashboards and prepare insights and recommendations tooptimizefuture marketing investments and programs.
  • Employees willbe requiredto adhere to NEXA's information security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, ora relatedfield.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market programs, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Industry experience in wireless, telecom, mobility, IoT, rugged devices, or enterprise technology preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs and assets.
  • Strongproficiencyin PowerPoint and presentation development; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, andMarTechtools (HubSpot and Copilot experience preferred).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing performance and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starter approach.
