Their products are distributed through a DTC website, Amazon, and a network of high-end beauty salons
Objective of the Role
The E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales growth across direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Amazon channels. This role aims to optimize digital marketing efforts, enhance customer experiences, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies for DTC and Amazon channels.

  • Oversee daily operations of e-commerce sites, ensuring seamless user experiences and high conversion rates.
  • Explore new e-tail opportunities and potential partnerships.
DTC Platform Management:
  • Optimize the DTC website (Shopify or similar) for performance, user experience, and SEO.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid search, and display advertising, in collaboration with agencies.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design agencies to ensure the website aligns with brand aesthetics and functionality.
Amazon Marketplace Management:
  • Develop and execute Amazon marketing strategies to boost visibility and sales.
  • Optimize product listings for SEO, including keyword research, title optimization, and enhanced brand content (A+ Content).
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize Amazon Brand Registry and other tools to protect and enhance brand presence on Amazon.
Cross-Channel Marketing:
  • Integrate marketing efforts across DTC and Amazon platforms to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Develop promotional calendars and manage marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal trends, and key sales periods.
  • Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Customer Experience and Retention:
  • Implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, personalized marketing, and subscription models.
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews to enhance customer experience and inform product development.
  • Utilize email marketing and CRM tools to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat purchases.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on e-commerce performance.
  • Use data analytics tools to gain insights and optimize marketing strategies.
