Job description

At Arctic Wolf, you won't just watch the cybersecurity industry evolve - you'll help lead the change. Our global Pack is made up of people who thrive on solving hard problems, moving fast, and building technology that protects organizations around the world. We're proud to be recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Gartner Peer Insights and IDC MarketScape - but what matters most is the work behind it: delivering real outcomes for customers through award winning innovation like our Aurora Platform.
If you're looking for meaningful work, smart teammates and the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company that's redefining security operations, Arctic Wolf is the right place for you.
Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We're looking for a Content Engineer, Campaigns & Content to be a part of making this happen.
About the Role
The Content Engineer, Campaigns & Content will help design, operate, and optimize a modern content production engine that supports Arctic Wolf's integrated marketing campaigns. This is not a traditional copywriting role. Instead, this person will act as a content systems builder, AI-enabled production orchestrator, and cross-functional facilitator who helps turn campaign strategy, subject matter expertise, and hero assets into scalable content programs.
This role will work closely with Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Campaigns, SEO, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, agencies, and internal/external subject matter experts to capture insight, structure inputs, and support the creation of campaign-ready content.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, technically fluent, comfortable with AI tools, and energized by building repeatable processes. They know how to extract knowledge from experts, package information for AI-assisted content development, coordinate reviews, manage workflows, and help scale one campaign idea or hero asset into 20-30 derivative assets across channels, audiences, and funnel stages.
Responsibilities
Content Production Engine & AI Workflow
  • Help build and operate a repeatable content production engine that supports integrated marketing campaigns, hero assets, derivative content, nurture programs, web experiences, sales enablement, partner activation, and SEO/GEO/AEO initiatives.
  • Use AI-enabled workflows to accelerate content production while maintaining quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and technical credibility.
  • Build structured inputs for AI-assisted content development, including campaign briefs, messaging summaries, SME interview notes, markdown files, content outlines, prompt libraries, source-of-truth documents, and reusable content modules.
  • Help translate campaign strategy and messaging into scalable content production plans that can support multiple audiences, personas, funnel stages, regions, and channels.
  • Partner with agencies, freelancers, designers, editors, and internal teams to move content through production, review, approval, and activation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, reuse, and consistency across the content production process.

SME Engagement & Knowledge Capture
  • Actively engage internal and external subject matter experts to capture expertise, insight, technical depth, customer perspective, and market context.
  • Develop creative approaches for extracting organizational knowledge, including SME interviews, recorded conversations, meeting captures, workshops, intake forms, transcript reviews, and structured research sessions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, Security experts, Customer Marketing, and Sales Enablement to gather the inputs needed to develop credible, differentiated content.
  • Convert raw SME input into structured briefs, content outlines, summaries, messaging inputs, AI-ready source material, and agency-ready direction.
  • Ensure technical and product accuracy by coordinating SME review cycles and maintaining clear approval workflows.

Campaign Content Development & Derivative Asset Scaling
  • Support the campaign and content team in turning hero assets into scalable derivative content packages.
  • Work with Product Marketing and campaign leaders to understand the role of each hero asset within the broader campaign strategy.
  • Help define the derivative asset plan for each hero asset, including blogs, emails, landing pages, social posts, infographics, one-pagers, sales enablement assets, partner assets, webinars, paid media copy, video scripts, nurture content, and regional adaptations.
  • Partner with AI tools, agencies, copywriters, designers, editors, SEO specialists, and channel owners to create, adapt, and package content for activation.
  • Ensure derivative content is connected to campaign objectives, buyer needs, use cases, funnel stage, CTA strategy, and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain organized content production documentation so teams understand what exists, what is in progress, what is ready for activation, and how assets should be used.

SEO, GEO & AEO Content Support
  • Partner with the SEO specialist and web/content teams to ensure campaign content is structured for search visibility, answerability, and discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery experiences.
  • Support content workflows that improve SEO, GEO, and AEO performance, including keyword inputs, topic clusters, structured content, FAQs, schema-informed content planning, and AI-answer-ready summaries.
  • Help turn campaign themes and hero assets into search-optimized and answer-optimized content that supports audience education and demand generation.
  • Work with SEO and analytics partners to identify content gaps, refresh opportunities, and ways to improve organic visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure content inputs and derivative assets are structured so they can be reused across web, campaign, nurture, sales, partner, and AI-enabled discovery channels.

Process, Systems & Operations
  • Create and maintain content production workflows, templates, checklists, briefs, trackers, and documentation.
  • Help manage the intake, prioritization, production, review, and delivery process for campaign content.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Biz Apps/IT, and content stakeholders to improve tooling, workflow automation, asset organization, and content visibility.
  • Maintain clean source files, version control, campaign content repositories, and AI-ready knowledge bases.
  • Track content status, dependencies, blockers, review cycles, and deadlines across multiple campaign workstreams.
  • Help identify where AI, automation, workflow improvements, or agency support can reduce manual work and improve output quality.

Who You Are
  • You are not looking to be a traditional copywriter - you are excited by the opportunity to build the system that helps great content get created faster and smarter.
  • You are highly curious and know how to pull knowledge out of experts who may not have time to write it down themselves.
  • You are comfortable working with AI tools, transcripts, markdown files, briefs, prompts, source documents, and structured inputs.
  • You can turn messy information into organized, usable, campaign-ready content direction.
  • You are a strong facilitator who can work across Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Campaigns, Sales Engineering, SEO, agencies, and creative teams.
  • You care about quality, accuracy, and brand voice, but you also care about speed, scale, reuse, and operational efficiency.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced B2B technology or cybersecurity environment where priorities evolve and cross-functional alignment matters.
  • You are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content workstreams at once.
  • You enjoy building new processes, testing new tools, and finding better ways for teams to work.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content operations, content strategy, campaign operations, product marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting content production workflows, campaign content, editorial processes, or cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of how B2B content supports campaigns, buyer journeys, demand generation, sales enablement, and digital activation.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts to capture, organize, and translate complex information into usable content inputs.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support content creation, summarization, research, repurposing, workflow acceleration, or content operations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deadlines, reviews, and dependencies.
  • Ability to create clear briefs, outlines, summaries, documentation, and structured source material.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, technical, sales, agency, and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, technology, or another complex B2B industry.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or hero asset development.
  • Familiarity with SEO, GEO, AEO, content discoverability, topic clusters, web content optimization, and AI-driven search trends.
  • Experience working with markdown, structured content files, prompt libraries, AI knowledge bases, transcripts, or content management systems.
  • Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Writer, Notion, Google Docs, Microsoft 365, Marketo, Salesforce, AEM, Wrike, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, copywriters, designers, editors, or external production partners.
  • Experience building content templates, intake forms, workflow documentation, or content production playbooks.
  • Comfort working with technical stakeholders, product marketers, sales engineers, or security subject matter experts.

On-Camera Policy
  • To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.
  • Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers.
  • We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
