Senior Fullstack Engineer - SF Bay area (Hybrid/ 2- 3 days onsite) | Up to $180K - $230K + Equity

TogetherWeTech is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and experimentation. You’ll have the opportunity to actively shape technical solutions, influence product direction, and contribute meaningfully to all aspects of our engineering culture.

The company was founded by a diverse group of creative technologists from teams like Google Creative Lab, and Samsung’s innovation Think Tank Team. We're redefining Enterprise AI Agents (Robotic Process Automation) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), developing the necessary tooling and infrastructure to incorporate the advancements of AI into practical, real-world applications.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with our forward deploy team to understand how customers interact with the company's platform today, and use those learnings to bolster our flagship workflow management product.
  • Build interfaces that use cutting‑edge computer use models in real world applications.
  • Develop beautiful and intuitive UX interfaces which abstract away complex business automation processes and create a seamless experience for non‑technical users and engineers alike.
  • Influence our engineering practices, shape product direction, and contribute to building a world class company culture.

Your toolbox:

  • Hacker mindset - you know when to ship out functional v0 by any means necessary
  • Experience building with modern web frameworks (Next.js, Svelte kit, React) and extensive experience working with REST APIs
  • Robust background building complex architectures from the ground up, ranging from hacked together prototypes to scalable enterprise solutions.
