  • Assist with website quality assurance testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Verify links, forms, promotions, and page functionality prior to publication.
  • Support the execution of web content and digital marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and complete assigned tasks.
  • Identify and report website issues, content errors, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with routine website audits and maintenance activities.
  • Assist with website launches, promotions, and content deployments that may occasionally occur outside standard business hours to support global markets.
  • Monitor website content to ensure compliance with brand standards and user experience best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous internship, freelance, academic, or professional experience working with websites or digital content is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (Makeswift, WordPress, Sanity, or similar platforms) is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of how websites function, including navigation, page layouts, and responsive design.
  • Basic knowledge of image optimization for web use, including resizing, compressing, and preparing images for website publishing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and proofreading.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
