Shifts and pay
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PMโ€“11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PMโ€“7:30 AM
  • Hourly Rate: $22.46 + $1.50 Shift Differential
  • Training: Begins on 1st shift; move to 2nd or 3rd per manager decision
What youโ€™ll do
  • Set up and run equipment such as press brakes, ERHT machines, and Komax wire processing systems
  • Follow BOMs, blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings precisely
  • Use hand/power tools, torque tools, and precision gauges to meet tight tolerances
  • Verify quality, log results in computer systems, and complete required documentation
  • Maintain safe, organized work areas and uphold all EHS standards
  • Contribute to problem-solving and kaizen initiatives
What you bring
  • Experience in a production/manufacturing setting (machine operation or mechanical assembly)
  • Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude; comfortable with tools and measurement
  • Stamina for a full shift on your feet; able to reach, grasp, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)
Preferred
  • Press Brake, ERHT, or Komax operation
  • CNC, SAP, or lean manufacturing familiarity
  • Wiring, cable assembly, or mechanical assembly experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
