Description:

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role ensures components are produced to exact specifications and supports continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

Essential Functions

•Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading programs, selecting tooling, and adjusting machine settings for accurate production.

•Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure machining accuracy.

•Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify compliance with quality standards.

•Monitor machine performance and product output, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.

•Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of machine components.

•Identify, troubleshoot, and report machining issues or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

•Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support continuous improvement, process stability, and defect reduction.

•Maintain accurate documentation related to production, tooling, and machine parameters.

•Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
