We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in FinTech, collections, payments, lending, debt
recovery, or financial workflow automation. This role will focus on building products that simplify and
automate complex financial and operational processes, improving efficiency for internal teams, clients, and
end users.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of product management experience and a strong track record of
turning manual, operationally heavy workflows into scalable product solutions. This person should be
comfortable working across business, operations, compliance, engineering, and offshore development
teams to deliver reliable, high-impact products.
Responsibilities
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FinTech, collections, payment, or financial
workflow products.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce operational friction, and improve
workflow efficiency.
Partner with operations, client services, engineering, compliance, legal, and leadership to define
product needs and priorities.
Translate complex collections, payment, or financial processes into clear product requirements and
scalable platform capabilities.
Work closely with offshore and distributed engineering teams to drive execution and maintain
delivery clarity.
Analyze user behavior, workflow data, operational bottlenecks, and business outcomes to guide
product decisions.
Define and monitor success metrics related to automation, efficiency, adoption, accuracy, and
operational impact.
Support product launches through documentation, enablement, stakeholder communication, and
go-to-market coordination.
Ensure product solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business and compliance
requirements.
Balance customer needs, operational requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term platform
vision.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience.
Experience in FinTech, collections, debt recovery, payments, lending, financial services, or related
workflow platforms.
