The Account Manager (Closer) is responsible for guiding clients through the debt settlement process, offering tailored financial solutions based on their financial situation. This role includes client qualification, explaining program options, handling objections, and finalizing enrollments. By fostering trust, clear communication, and maintaining compliance, the Account Manager plays a vital role in helping clients achieve financial stability through successful debt resolution solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Review clients' financial situations to assess eligibility for loan alternatives or debt settlement.
  • Conduct personal loan searches and determine qualification outcomes.
  • Educate clients on creditworthiness, explain loan denial reasons, and present debt settlement as a solution.
  • Collect hardship details and tailor program proposals accordingly.
  • Address client concerns about costs, risks, legal implications, and the debt settlement process.
  • Providing clear and confident explanations to convert leads into enrolled clients.
  • Confirm enrollment details, payment plans, and banking information.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of all required documentation.
  • Follow up with leads and clients via outbound calls, SMS, and email.
  • Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries and requests.
  • Track and maintain KPIs such as lead conversion rate, enrollment rate, objection handling success, and document accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to industry and company compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or closing roles.
