Professional Chaos Coordinator Wanted.

Goblin Studios is looking for an Office Manager / HR & Operations badass to help keep our creative circus organized.

We’re a fabrication studio, art collective, creative space, and home base for a bunch of artists, builders, makers, and professional weirdos doing really cool things.

Behind all that creativity? Someone has to keep the wheels on.

That’s you.

We need someone who loves organization, can handle people, understands numbers, isn't afraid of paperwork, and can jump from payroll to a project bid to a tenant question without their head exploding.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Keeping the Goblins Organized

• Run the day-to-day office operations
• Help keep management, employees, projects, and deadlines on track
• Manage calendars, meetings, paperwork, records, and general office organization
• Open and close the Art Collective
• Handle purchasing, office supplies, and company ordering
• Communicate with vendors, clients, tenants, and the Goblin crew
• See a problem? Help solve it.

Human Resources / Herding Cats

• Process and coordinate payroll
• Maintain employee records and confidential HR documentation
• Create and post job ads
• Review applicants and coordinate interviews
• Help manage hiring and employment offers
• Handle new-hire paperwork and onboarding
• Help maintain employee policies and procedures
• Track scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, and applicable PTO
• Assist with employee reviews and performance documentation
• Handle disciplinary and corrective-action documentation when necessary
• Coordinate employee offboarding
• Be a professional and approachable point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Help us continue building a workplace that's fun, creative, accountable, and actually functional

Art Collective Wrangler

• Manage communication with Art Collective tenants
• Help onboard new artists and tenants
• Keep tenant agreements and documentation organized
• Coordinate tenant needs, questions, payments, and general communication
• Help keep the Collective running smoothly, professionally, and looking great

Budgets, Bids & Business Stuff

• Assist with company and project budgeting
• Track expenses and project costs
• Help prepare contract bids, estimates, proposals, and project paperwork
• Organize vendor quotes and purchasing records
• Keep an eye on budgets so our wild ideas don't become wildly expensive surprises
• Help management keep projects financially and administratively on track

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF...

You’re organized as hell.

You can communicate with everyone from an artist covered in paint to a corporate client without missing a beat.

You’re comfortable handling payroll, budgets, HR paperwork, contracts, spreadsheets, invoices, and confidential information.

You can prioritize without someone constantly telling you what to do next.

You're friendly—but you're also capable of holding people accountable.

You don't panic when five things happen at once.

You like creative people, weird projects, and environments that aren't beige corporate offices.

And most importantly:

You get things done.

EXPERIENCE WE'D LOVE TO SEE

Experience in some combination of:

Experience in fabrication, construction, events, hospitality, art, entertainment, or another creative industry is a huge plus.

Immersive, themed cavern-like spaces filled with fog machines, blacklights, and mood‐lighting—perfect for unleashing creativity

Classes & events across a spectrum: painting, sculpting, mold‐making, prop‐building, cosplay, improv, cooking, mixology, candle‐making—and even pasta‐making workshops in neon-lit dungeons

Freelance instructors welcome—talented individuals can host their own 60–120 min sessions, with tools, gear, marketing promotion, and profit‐share options provided
