The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience in a corporate or agency environment, a strong design sensibility, and the leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Please provide links to your portfolio and/or relevant work samples with your application to be considered for the position.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch new brand identities for ancillary and strategic partner businesses and product offerings, and manage corporate brand architecture
  • Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with business objectives, campaign goals, and audience insights
  • Review and approve all creative outputs from direct reports and freelancer contractors to ensure brand consistency and quality
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing & Communications and cross-functional stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions

Team Leadership & Management

  • Brief freelancers clearly, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure outputs meet brand and quality standards
  • Maintain an up-to-date roster of trusted creative vendors and negotiate project rates and agreements

Project & Production Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, from concepting through final delivery, across print, fabrication, digital, video, and experiential formats
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and file management systems for efficient team workflows.
  • Track and report on creative project status to the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in art direction, brand identity creation, graphic design, or a related creative discipline within a corporate or agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage and develop creative team members and freelancers

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to balance creative vision with practical business constraints

Preferred
