Job description

MNGI Digestive Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing physician team in an ambulatory, outpatient-only position. This unique opportunity offers a predictable schedule, no hospital or call responsibilities, and the ability to focus exclusively on delivering exceptional gastrointestinal care in a highly efficient, physician-supported environment.
Position Highlights
  • Outpatient-only gastroenterology practice
  • Approximately 50% clinic / 50% endoscopy (may vary based on organizational needs)
  • No hospital rounding
  • No inpatient responsibilities
  • No call requirements
  • Predictable recurring schedule

Compensation & Benefits:
  • This position is structured as a guaranteed annual salary based on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) status. Compensation is not tied to productivity, RVUs, or individual collections. The salary for a full-time (1.0 FTE) physician is $600,000 annually. Variety of FTE offerings available.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin
  • DEA certification or ability to obtain
  • Must meet credentialing/privileging criteria
  • J-1 Visa sponsorship not available
