Join our team as a Cathodic Protection Engineer (Corrosion Engineer) and use your AMPP-certified expertise to support ICCP system design, corrosion control solutions, technical consulting, and product development. This direct hire role offers the opportunity to work with customers and engineering teams worldwide while advancing innovative cathodic protection technologies.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Corrosion Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of cathodic protection engineering experience
  • Active AMPP/NACE CP3 Certification required
  • Experience with ICCP system design, calculations, troubleshooting, and technical consultation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

Job Duties

  • Provide technical guidance and consultation on impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) system designs
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Support customers and internal teams with troubleshooting, CP data interpretation, and technical inquiries
  • Assist sales and quoting teams throughout the bidding and proposal process
  • Develop engineering calculations, product recommendations, and technical documentation
  • Support product development, testing, validation, and R&D initiatives
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sales, and global teams to improve products and processes
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and industry trade shows
  • Stay current on AMPP/NACE standards, corrosion prevention technologies, and industry best practices

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Ability to work in office, laboratory, manufacturing, and field environments
  • Capable of conducting site visits and technical evaluations as required
