Job description

About E10 Labs

E10 Labs is a cannabis tech company building smarter, cleaner ways to consume cannabis. Our heat-not-burn devices and pre-dosed formats are designed to elevate the experience, without combustion, without compromise. We're an ambitious team of doers, dreamers and dabbers who believe cannabis should be safe, affordable and accessible for all.

The Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. This is a full-time, entry-level role for a candidate with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite who is looking to grow their skills across marketing and brand communications.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented visual designer who is also excited to explore the marketing landscape (including digital content, event support, and brand development). While prior marketing experience is not required, a strong design foundation and a willingness to learn are essential. We also value curiosity and interest in leveraging AI tools to streamline creative workflows and support efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Design visual assets for digital and print (social posts, packaging mockups, pitch decks, signage, etc.)
  • Assist with social content creation and scheduling
  • Help coordinate marketing materials for events and retail activations
  • Keep our brand visually consistent across all touchpoints
  • Learn how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Firefly, etc.) to work faster and brainstorm smarter
  • Support our marketing and sales teams with creative requests and campaign prep
  • Stay organized and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • A strong portfolio that shows solid layout, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Some hands-on experience (internships, freelance, or school projects are all welcome)
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Interest in cannabis, branding, product design, or emerging tech is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools (especially AI)

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with opportunity for growth
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO (after 3-month probation)
  • 401(k) eligibility
  • A front-row seat in building the future of cannabis tech

How to Apply

Please submit your portfolio with your application (required). A brief introduction explaining your interest in the role and relevant design experience is encouraged but not required.
