We are seeking a safety-oriented, detailed, and dedicated person to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks, including building, installing, and repairing structural and finish components using a variety of hand and power tools, and may assist or work alongside other trades and subcontractors as needed. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will help ensure each project meets our quality standards and timeline expectations.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by Company insurance.  
  • Previous carpenter experience.
  • Consistent attendance with the ability to report to work on time and maintain reliable work hours.
  • Capable of receiving and following instructions.
  • Positive communication with others.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
  • Comfortable and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Ability to work from ladders.
  • Attentive to detail and craftsmanship.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial restoration repairs, including framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, cabinets, doors, trim, and general rebuilding due to water, fire, and other damage.
  • Complete demolition, debris removal, and job site preparation while maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools, manage materials and equipment, and follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, mitigation teams, subcontractors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Provide professional customer interactions while delivering quality workmanship that meets company standards, building codes, and project specifications.
