The right person will be knoweledgeable and proficient in Crestron hardware and programing. Our projects range from luxury residential to medium commercial. We integrate a wide range of technology from audio/video to shades, lighting, comfort, security, surveillance and more. We are eager to hire the right person. Send your resume today!
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Installation and maintenance of electronic equipment
  • Custom Installation and setup of various hardware in finished and unfinished residential/ commercial (interior and exterior)
  • Install, configure, and test various surveillance hardware, smart-home gadgets, cabling etc
  • Able to take direction and use cognitive thinking in order to complete complex installations solo or as a team
  • Must be good at solving and complex installation configurations on the fly
  • Pull and terminate cables
  • Rough-in and finish work

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Prior experience running and terminating RJ45, Coax and RJ-11
  • Prior Experience installing AV industry products (tvs, racks, in-wall/ceiling items)
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Excellent communication skills; strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds; must be able to bend, stoop, reach, climb.

Our home office is located in Kent Island Maryland but work all over the state of Maryland, Northern Virginia and in Washington DC.
The right person will have in-depth knowledge and practical ability to run wire in new/existing construction - be able to mount televisions to the wall using a variety of mounts. Be able to use power tools and measure with accuracy. Other plus's are: Ability to work alone or as a team, being humble and ensuring one's work is sound. Being neat, clean and courteous.
